Changing your mind to the positive is a key aspect in taking back your health. I remember very clearly when I changed my mind. I had just become separated from my wife. She told me when she was leaving, that I would find my strength and my power if she left. I didn’t believe one word of it. It made me sad and angry actually. For a time, I sat with that sadness and anger. Nothing changed. Being sad and angry and remaining on all of my pharmaceutical medications certainly wasn’t going to change my life for the better. But I couldn’t see that. Then one day, I was thinking about the victim that I had become. A victim of the medical system, of the diseases that I had, of the failing economy, of the 16 pharmaceutical medications that I was on, and of the pharmaceutical companies themselves. I decided I didn’t want to be a victim anymore. To do this, I realized that I had to change my mind. Once I started to change my mind, I could see everything with more clarity.
Next, I began to change my language. I realized that I was owning the diseases that I had by saying things like “my” dermatomyositis or “my” psoriatic arthritis, “my” diabetes, or “my” myasthenia gravis. So instead, I said, “I have 4 autoimmune diseases, but they don’t have me”. Or I said, “I am healthy and whole”. I not only said these things, but I believed them. I couldn’t just have faith that I would change my mind, it was key to believe it, and to know that it was happening. And to never waiver on that.
To empower myself further, I read everything I could on the diseases I had and the medications that I was on. I then began to investigate what alternative treatments might help me. I had read all about the diseases before, but this time it was through the eyes of someone who was going to be victorious over them, find alternatives that worked, and teach my body to heal itself. The body knows how to heal itself, but it can only do so under the right conditions.
There was one more belief system I had to conquer. You see, the doctors had told me that I was going to die repeatedly. I believed them. It was like they, in their white coats with their diplomas on the wall, had some inside information from my maker, and only they had the key to unlock my ability to remain alive. Our beliefs are very powerful. So in changing my mind, I had to change my beliefs. Or more accurately, I had to stop believing what the doctors were telling me. I am a trained medical professional, a spiritual healer, and a very intelligent woman. But all that went out the window the minute they told me that I was going to die from the disease that made me gravely ill or the medicine that they believed they had to give me to treat it with. I had already been a survivor in my life. With this illness, I had to realize that I already had survived it too. Once I did, I was determined to find a way to live well, not just be a survivor.
Our mind is a powerful thing. We are a product of our genetics, intelligence, family, experiences, beliefs and more. That said, we can change our mind at any time to the more positive. In doing so, we find our truth and change our lives for the better.
Change your mind, change your life. You’re victorious, beautiful life is in your own hands.

When I decided to take back my health, I had to find alternatives to what was being offered to me at the doctor’s office. An M.D., or allopathic doctor, really mainly offers pills or surgery to help with diseases and ailments. At that point, I was in pharmaceutical overload. Once I realized this fact, I also realized that this was not helping my various illnesses. In fact, it was just holding my body back from healing itself. It was covering up my symptoms. Symptoms, tell us something is wrong and point to imbalances that are happening within the body. When bulldozed by medicine, we can’t pay attention to symptoms and our body becomes bogged down and further imbalanced.
So as I was coming off of all of my pharmaceutical medication, my symptoms started to come out full force. While this was very unpleasant, I didn’t let that stop me in my quest for health. I started to contact alternative health providers to see if someone could help me on a sliding scale. Because I have musculoskeletal problems and autoimmune problems, I decided to go to a chiropractor. I chose chiropractic because I learned that regular chiropractic care improves ones immune system and allows the body to learn to heal itself, because it brings everything into alignment. I asked friends and family who I should go to see, and found a great chiropractor that would see me within my means. But I knew full well, that not everyone may find that luxury or even feel comfortable asking for help.
I continued with my healing process, and resolved to find a way to help others have access to alternative healthcare. Now, with our Bulldozer Health Inc. becoming a reality, part of the project is to do just that. We have an alternative care network on our website. This network consists of advertisements for alternative care providers by state for only $50 per advertisement per year to the provider. We can’t endorse their care, but if they want us to rate it, we will give them a rating after a free treatment is provided. This project helps us reach alternative health providers in the community and partner with them. Some of them record health tips for our YouTube channel. Some of them will be present at our health fairs to educate the public about what they do.
Our long-term goal, is to obtain grants to subsidize care for people who find it difficult to reach into their pockets to pay for alternative health care. As the system is right now, people are paying for required health insurance and this mainly buys them access to medical doctors, tests, vaccines, pills and surgery. Very few insurance plans cover alternative medicine options. Some may cover chiropractic, massage or acupuncture in a limited way. But the access is not there like the access for pills or surgery. Bulldozer Health Inc. is committed to helping people to access treatments that will teach the body to heal itself.
There are many choices available within the alternative health care realm. Bulldozer Health Inc. is committed to having as many options as possible available to all people. We also will educate people about those options so they are aware of what is available. It is our goal to empower and educate people so that they truly feel that their health is in their own hands.

Many people ask why is the company called “Bulldozer Health”? This is a very good question, as a bulldozer does not immediately conjure up a picture of health and wellness in our minds. There are several reasons why the company is called Bulldozer Health.
Firstly, I, the creator and founder of this health care reform initiative, feel that I was bulldozed by the medical establishment and by pharmaceutical medications. What I mean by bulldozed, is that I was brainwashed to believe that they had my best interest in mind. I think it is possible that their illusions run so deep that they thought that too. While I do believe that doctors enter the medical profession with good intentions, that can change through their education, the system and the pharmaceutical companies. When a doctor told me three separate times that I was going to die, he did so without regard for the fact that in his white coat with his degrees on the wall, his words were very powerful. And his words came so clearly and easily that I bought it, and my family bought it too. We put our trust and faith in our doctors. But what I know now is that they are frequently brainwashed and sold to the pharmaceutical companies to peddle poison into our bodies. Even though my grandmother Rose taught me well not to believe everything I see or hear or read, I was bulldozed by doctors. Because they are in a position of power over us, and hold special knowledge. They take an oath that I thought protected me from them doing harm. The definition of that has changed a lot though since the pharmaceutical companies came into full power. In turn, the medical establishment has changed drastically too since I was a little girl and certainly since my grandmother Rose was growing up. Make no mistake, in America, doctors are in bed with the pharmaceutical companies. That means that treating with pharmaceutical medications is the first step they often will take in most situations, instead of using them as a last resort. Just watch the pharmaceutical advertisements on television for prescription drugs. You can use medication for everything from weight loss to laughing too much.
As for the pharmaceuticals themselves, being placed on 16 prescribed pills and injections, I couldn’t help but be bulldozed. It was like someone put a veil over my eyes and pumped fog into my brain. I thought I was doing the right thing because the doctors had already bulldozed my mind, and then my mind was bulldozed by all the medication. The truth that I know now, is that though they told me I needed the medicine to survive. when anyone is on more than two medications the doctors have no idea how they are interacting in your body. And they were not looking for another solution that might keep me well and healthy. So I had to do it. To find myself, my health and wellness and determine what I had left of my mind and body, I had to come out from under all that medicine. I had to bulldoze the medicine out of me in the safest way possible.
Lastly, I had to become like a bulldozer. If I was going to live a good life, I was going to have to pick up momentum for my health and well-being. I had to find better alternatives to treat my 4 autoimmune diseases. I needed alternatives that would not only treat my body, but heal it. Like a bulldozer I pressed on forward and never took no for an answer. I still battle my illnesses, but I do it in a way that I can live with. I use organic, natural remedies. I eat well, exercise and rest. I work on my mind all the time seeking the positive through meditation and positive thinking. If I falter on any of these things, my health suffers. I put my health in my own hands and like a bulldozer I press on taking with me anyone in my path as far as my strength can take them.
I am working daily to inspire others to look at where they are being bulldozed and shatter those illusions with truth and health alternatives. I want everyone to find wellness and peace. My team of volunteers and I will reach every American, and ask them to take back their health. For life is not only to be lived, but to be lived well.

In 2011, I became gravely ill with a disease called dermatomyositis. I was no stranger to illness. In fact over the years I had been diagnosed with psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, diabetes, asthma, and coronary artery disease. I had surgeries over the years for my numerous illnesses. I was also placed on a number of pharmaceutical medications. Despite this, I was able to function, work, marry, and raise a family. But this time, it was different. This disease, I was told, could kill me in short order. In fact, I was told on three separate occasions that I was going to die either from the medication that they had to give me to treat it with, or from the disease itself. Soon I found myself bulldozed on 16 different medications, unable to walk or lift my arms for any length of time, and dependent on others for my self-care. I was anxious, depressed, gained a lot of weight and was very unhealthy despite my determination to do everything that they had told me. I wanted to live.
With some life changes, I soon realized that if my health and my life was going to improve I had to take back my health from the healthcare system and its mainstream providers. I had to educate myself about not only the many diseases that I had but the medications that they were giving me. I also began to investigate alternatives and found a wide range of options that I thought could help me. I realized though, that with the current economic conditions many people would not have access to these options and that concerned me. Still, I pressed on. I used all of my resources to try these options for myself, and many of them worked for me.
Then, I changed my mind. I decided that I was going to be healthy and well. I decided that whatever it took, I was taking back my health and therefore my life.
When I say change your mind, I mean change it for the positive. Your body knows how to heal itself and when you seek positive solutions to wellness and health, you will find them. I hit some walls along the way. But because I had changed my mind and decided I was going to be well and healthy, it created a sense of determination. I couldn’t be stopped. All of the negative talk that the mainstream medical establishment had bulldozed me with soon dissipated. I found myself, my strength and my power. I decided I was taking back my health.
Everyone can do this. We, at bulldozer health Inc. want to support you. I didn’t have that kind of support and I know that my journey would have been easier if I had. So, Bulldozer Health Inc. is urging you to take back your health. We will support, educate and empower you if you want us to. We will do this through media, public speaking, health care advocacy and coaching, and emergency services for chronic conditions. We will help you to find solutions that work for you. We will work tirelessly to improve access to alternative health solutions for all people. You, however need to do your part. Change your mind. Change your life.
